CACI raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook on Oct. 21.[1] The company now forecasts annual revenue of $10.7 billion to $10.9 billion, up from $10.65 billion to $10.85 billion.[1]

Revenue reached $2.47 billion in the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026.[1] Organic growth of 2.1% trailed the 8.2% year-over-year revenue increase.[1]

Contract awards totaled $4.8 billion, with about 61% representing new business to CACI.[1] Book-to-bill was 2.0x.[1] About half of the quarter's award value came from two awards, with CACI including $1.2 billion from each in awards and backlog based on current requirements.[1]

Those recognized amounts differ from the awards' headline values: a U.S. Central Command award carried a $1.5 billion ceiling, while a five-year U.S. Army Special Operations Command task order was valued at $1.6 billion.[1]

## Why it matters

Funded backlog rose 14.8% year over year to $6.2 billion at Sept. 30, while total backlog increased 0.3% to $34.0 billion.[1]
