Parsons reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.7 billion.[1] Revenue rose 2% from a year earlier but fell 1% organically.[1] Excluding what Parsons calls its confidential contract, revenue rose 5% and organic revenue increased 2%.[1]

Federal Solutions' contract awards rose 53% year over year in the quarter alongside a 3% organic revenue decline.[1] Excluding the confidential contract, the segment's organic revenue grew 3%.[1] Its reported revenue rose 2%, and its adjusted EBITDA margin held at 9.2%.[1]

Across Parsons, net bookings of $1.8 billion produced a 1.1x book-to-bill ratio.[1] Total backlog rose 6% year over year to $9.4 billion.[1] Funded backlog increased 7% to $6.8 billion.[1]

Critical Infrastructure revenue rose 2%, supported by 1% organic growth and contributions from the Applied Sciences acquisition.[1] Its adjusted EBITDA margin widened 80 basis points to 11.1%, which Parsons attributed to recent award ramp-ups, accretive acquisitions and stronger program execution.[1]

**Also announced:** Chief Financial Officer Matt Ofilos will resign effective Nov. 6, 2026.[1] Director George Ball, who served as CFO from 2008 to 2022, will become interim CFO that day.[1]

## Why it matters

With quarterly organic revenue down and contract awards up, Parsons retained its full-year 2026 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance midpoints while narrowing both ranges.[1]
