Beacon Bank & Trust extended the maturity of a revolving credit line for TechPrecision’s Ranor subsidiary and affiliated borrowers from Oct. 16 to Nov. 30, 2026.[1] The line has a maximum principal amount of $4.5 million; neither the 8-K body nor the amendment states the amount drawn.[1][2]

Beacon retained its rights to accelerate the debt, demand immediate repayment and impose the default interest rate.[2] Entering into the amendment implies no agreement to waive those rights or refrain from enforcement.[2]

The borrowers acknowledged continuing defaults for failing the minimum debt service coverage ratio for twelve-month periods.[2] Those periods ended from Sept. 30, 2023, through June 30, 2025.[2] They also acknowledged breaches of the maximum balance sheet leverage limit for periods ending from March 31, 2024, through June 30, 2026.[2]

The amendment was signed Oct. 22 and made effective Oct. 16.[1]

## Why it matters

Ranor is primarily focused on the Navy’s Virginia class and Columbia class submarine programs; fellow borrower Stadco is primarily focused on flight and space launch critical parts programs.[1][3] Their extended credit line requires repayment of unpaid principal and accrued interest on Nov. 30, while Beacon retains the right to demand repayment sooner.[2]
