Redwire’s Defense Tech segment posted $47.8 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2026.[1] Sales fell 16.0% from a year earlier.[1]

Space revenue grew 31.6% to $61.3 million from a year earlier.[1] That helped total company revenue rise 5.4% to $109.0 million.[1]

Redwire’s Nov. 4 release did not explain the Defense Tech revenue decline.[1] Chief Executive Officer Peter Cannito said revenue timing continued to be uneven, without tying that observation to a segment.[1]

Redwire secured follow-on Stalker platform orders from customers including the U.S. National Guard.[1]

Company-wide operating activities used $63.6 million in the quarter, versus $20.3 million a year earlier; the release does not allocate cash flow by segment.[1] Redwire received $566.7 million from issuing common stock during the first nine months.[1] September-end liquidity totaled $538.9 million.[1] It comprised $488.9 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash, plus $50 million in available borrowings.[1]

## Why it matters

Redwire reaffirmed its company-wide revenue forecast of $450 million to $500 million for 2026.[1] Even the low end requires fourth-quarter revenue 16.4% above the third quarter, by our calculation.[1]
