Space Systems Command has awarded the Acquisition Constellation solicitation under its Strategic Services Vehicle, a Nov. 6, 2026, notice announced.[1] The notice names no awardees, award value or award date.[1]

The vehicle organizes commercial advisory and assistance services into six constellations, with multiple blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) planned for each against the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule.[1] Requests for quotes (RFQs) are posted only on GSA eBuy, while SAM.gov notices encourage teaming or subcontract arrangements with schedule holders.[1]

**Also announced**

Security Support and Engineering Support remain planned as set-asides entirely for women-owned small businesses, with stated magnitudes of work of $132 million and $50 million, respectively.[1] The Engineering Support RFQ is projected for the second quarter of calendar 2027.[1] Both constellations are planned as firm-fixed-price, multiple-award BPAs with up to five awardees each.[1] These are planning details; the notice does not commit the government to contract for services, and the government is not seeking quotes at this time.[1]

## Why it matters

Holding a GSA schedule alone does not establish eligibility: schedule holders must have the correct North American Industry Classification System code and category incorporated into their schedules to be eligible for award.[1]
