OSC says the financing would scale production and deployment of multi-mission phased array radars. It would support LeoLabs' global expansion and accelerate production and deployment of sensor hardware, including its mobile Scout radar units.1
The conditional loan is matched dollar-for-dollar with co-investment, which OSC says would result in a $300 million capital infusion. LeoLabs must satisfy financial, legal, technical, investment, due diligence and other requirements before financial close.1
OSC expects the financing to expand U.S. radar manufacturing capacity and sensing infrastructure. LeoLabs' globally distributed radar network supports continuous cloud-based data updates and unclassified information sharing, according to OSC.1
